Coaching involves one-on-one sessions between a coach and an individual, a couple, or a small group. This can take place in person or over the phone/ Zoom.

It is used to develop an individual’s skills, such as skills in communicate, leadership, teamwork, reflection, assertiveness, confidence, conflict resolution, and so forth. At Metta Resolution we also offer Conflict Coaching to prepare participants for mediation or negotiations. Our coaching assists participants to prepare themselves before they attend mediation at another service or to negotiate directly with the other party or through that parties’ representative. Our Conflict Coaching enables participants to develop skills prior to the mediation on how to communicate effectively, to negotiate, self-reflection and perspective-taking.
